Terms and Conditions:

$0.00 Items:  Due to a limitation of the software we cannot show a "Call For Price" image.  If an item is shown at a $0.00 price, then it is infered to be a configurable item which necessitates the customer to call 480 288-4213 for correct pricing.

Terms are defined by the purchase method chosen which include PayPal or Credit Card.  As such, each method carries its own terms with the account member and we uphold those standards during transactions with their respective members.
DesertFab does not accept personal checks for payment, period.

All custom products, defined as any item which is specified, designed or built specially for any customer or small group of customers (also called a "Group Buy"), must be paid for in full before delivery taken.  A deposit may be required for custom work or production to begin.  This amount will be agreed upon between the customer and DesertFab Motorsports and may be requested in the form of cash or cashier's check.  A receipt of any and all payments made to DesertFab will be provided at the time of payment, upon customer's request.  Transaction record for all money paid will be kept by DesertFab and is reviewable at any time during normal business hours by the customer.

  All items are shipped with insurance, if an item is damaged upon arrival, please notify the driver and DesertFab to initiate a claim.  Most, if not all, items carry a manufacturer's warranty.  It is the position of DesertFab to do everything we can to help remedy and settle any warranty claims that may arise.  However, there are instances where a claim may be challenged and DesertFab will be required to defer the customer directly to the manufacturer.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We want you to be satisfied. Our return policy works like this: Return the parts within 30 days of invoice. Shipping fees are not refundable. All returns must be in original packaging and re-sellable, sorry no returns on electrical parts. Defective parts or parts sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full. Some items may require a re-stocking fee. Please contact us if an item needs to be returned.

DesertFab Motorsports reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.

DesertFab Motorsports reserves the right to charge storage fees up to and within the limits set by the Arizona Revised Stratutes on any vehicle left on the premises for more than 2 calendar weeks after work is completed, unless previously agreed upon between DesertFab Motorsports management and the customer.  Rights are also reserved to pursue "Abandoned Title" registration and/or applicable Liens against a vehicle left on the premises for the timeframe as specified by the Arizona Revised Statutes.  Fees may be collected in the form of auction or private sale of the entire vehicle or its parts.  If the customer presents to DesertFab Motorsports to collect the vehicle, all fees must be paid before release of the vehicle or product in the form of cash or cashier's check.
